MOQ varies by product: usually 300–500 pcs/sets; stock items can start smaller. Custom colours/LOGOs have higher MOQs — see our quote.
Can I get a free sample? How fast do samples ship?
Yes — the sample fee is refunded with your order. Standard samples ship in 3–5 working days.
How fast do I get a quote?
Standard products: quote within 48h. Custom products: initial proposal in 2–3 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T and L/C are accepted; terms are agreed in the contract.

Which certifications do you hold? Can I get test reports?
FDA / LFGB / BSCI / ISO certified. Test reports and originals available; third-party audits welcome.
Can you customise colours, logos and packaging?
Yes — colours, logo printing, packaging design and new product development are all available.

Keep photos/videos and contact us within 7 days — we replace or resolve quality issues free of charge.
